Privacy
Credit card payments are processed through Authorize.Net in order to make absolutely certain the information you send us is secure. Our site is secure, but as an added security measure, we don't store or even see your credit card info.

We don’t sell, lend, share or give any customer information to anyone.

Game Condition
Since we import games from all over the world, we often have some games in inventory with box damage. The damage is to the box only. If you don't mind a dinged game box (Our box damage classifications range from "Hardly Noticeable" to "Very Badly Damaged".) you can save yourself a few bucks by buying a game with a damaged box. If you're interested in purchasing a game with a damaged box, try searching for "Damage."

Shipping Charges
Sweet & Simple Shipping: The shipping charge for all orders shipped UPS Standard Ground (which is default shipping for all orders shipped to addresses in the contiguous states containing boxed games) is $11, no matter how big or small the order or how far away from Georgia, if the subtotal is $125 or less. If the subtotal is over $125 the shipping is FREE.

Refunds for Flat Items: Flat items like magazine games (Strategy & Tactics, Vae Victis, etc.) and ziplock games (Firefight, Khyber Pass, Minden Games, etc.) or any item that is not in a box and will fit into a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate envelope ships for $7.50. Two or three magazine games will fit into one. You will still be charged $11 shipping at checkout but a cash refund of $3.50 will put into the envelope with the game(s). Remember not to throw it away with the packaging.

Similar refunds are available for international orders and other orders shipped by USPS instead of UPS. Canada & Mexico: $15.50. All other countries: $18.00. The refund is by coupon for credit or an American check. It is too expensive to refund to the credit card used in an international transaction.

Shipping Time
Most orders ship within one or two working days. Sometimes it takes a day longer but that is rarely the case. During the Christmas rush it may take up to 3 working days to ship an order. Orders outside the 48 contiguous states take longer.

Travel time from Georgia is usually 2 days to all of the Southeast and most of the Midwest, 3 days to states north of Virginia and west of Arkansas, 4 or 5 days to states west of the Rockies.

UPS sends you a tracking number when they have your package in their truck. The most common reason for not receiving a tracking number is an email address typo. If you don't get an order confirmation soon after you place your order, you probably made a mistake typing in your email address and will not get a tracking number.

If you have an order waiting for a game and you see that the game is now in stock, please don't immediately send an email asking when your order shipped. It still takes a day or two after the game is in stock for it to ship. If it is some big hit that we have 200 orders waiting for, it may take 3 or 4 days for it to ship. We ship oldest orders first.

Payments
We take MasterCard, Visa, and Discover through a secure server on our website. There is never an extra charge for using a credit card. This is, by far, the fastest and easiest way to pay.

Another option is to find out the shipping by going through part of the ordering process online and then mailing the order with a money order. If part of your order is out of stock by the time the order arrives, we will ship what is in stock with a refund.

Sales Tax
No sales tax is charged unless your order is shipped to an address in Georgia or you pick up your order at our warehouse.

Returns
We will accept the return of any item in original condition sent back to us within 10 days of your receiving it. When the item is received by us in undamaged condition the price of the game will be refunded.

If the return is caused by our error we will, of course, also refund the shipping we charged you for that item and the cost of returning the item by cheapest means and will give you a credit of $5 or more depending on the circumstances.

Preorders
Usually, our best deals are for games that are not in stock yet. Many games that we put up for preorder have a buck or two knocked off until a certain number have been preordered or the game is in stock. Also, after a game has been in stock a month or two the price usually goes up to where it is more in line with other retailers. For example: We sold the first 12 Warriors of God for $27.80, the next 24 for $28.80, the next 36 for $29.80, the next 36 for $31.80 and now we sell it for $32.80. The point being that the earlier you order a new game from us, the better the deal.

Damaged Games
We spend a lot of money on packing materials and packing labor to make sure your games get to you looking just like they did when we shipped them but occasionally some teamster is going to manage to put some dents and dings in an order.

If you receive damaged goods contact us as soon as possible so we can file a claim and send you replacements. If the order is large and the damage extensive our shipper may want to inspect the shipping box and contents. Just to make things simple we sometimes offer to take a few dollars off the price of games that received a minor ding or dent during shipping but will, of course, replace the games if you prefer.

Defective Games
We are responsible for the games we sell you even when the problem is beyond our control and the fault of the manufacturer. Please try to get a replacement or missing part from the manufacturer before contacting us. They are often anxious to impress the people who buy their games with good customer service. But, if you have any problem getting what you need with a minimum of fuss, then we will do whatever it takes to make sure you get what you paid for.

Sometimes we get a day or two behind with e-mail because getting orders shipped as quickly as possible is our main priority, so please be patient. All email is answered within a day or two. The only reason we list a phone number is because it is required by our merchant account provider (for processing credit cards). It is voice mail only and is checked about twice a week.
